6.2 Maximum Liability: In no event shall the total liability of Aruna, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive, or imputed), product liability, strict liability, or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Services exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Aruna Network, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
